Emma Watson Gets Apology Over Fake Nude Pics

Facing the consequences of his unsightly actions, an Englishman has been barred from contacting "Harry Potter" actress Emma Watson for a period of five years.

Being dealt the court order on Tuesday (August 31), offender John Cavanagh was found guilty after confessing to using a computer to manipulate images of Emma's head onto nude bodies in a large collection of shots.

Apologizing for his actions, Cavanagh said, "I would like to apologize ... I'm ashamed of what I've done."

As a result of pleading guilty to 19 counts of constructing indecent photographs, the guilty party also was dealt a 3-year community order along with sex offender education classes.
