White Material


French mood-and-feeling master filmmaker Claire Denis (Beau Travail) returns to the Africa of her youth for an intense, mysterious drama exploring revolution and loss. In White Material, the great French star Isabelle Huppert plays a coffee-plantation owner in an unnamed African state erupting with black resentment of white colonialists.
