Jason Derulo has played down rumours of a romance with Lara Bingle.
The US singer, who was first romantically linked to Australian model Bingle after the ARIA Awards last year, said that he will just be "messing around" with women until the perfect person comes along.
Bingle has been on a "working holiday" in the States for a few weeks and recently posted pictures of herself and Derulo in a recording studio on her Twitter page.
Derulo told US Magazine that he thinks Bingle is "hot" but isn't dating anyone "seriously" at the moment, saying: "I'm kind of messing around. I'm focused on what I'm doing, but if the right girl came along then that would change things."
