We haven't heard much about Paris Hilton since she began banging her latest boyfriend Doug Reinhardt, except this week, when she appeared in court.
The blonde socialite visited a California courthouse as a result of her suing Hallmark Cards for wrongfully using her name and image on a birthday card, and is seeking $100,000 in damages.
According to the lawsuit Hallmark committed "commercial appropriation of identity and invasion of privacy" by publishing this card. The card shows Paris' head on a waitress body and under that a line reading "Paris's First Day as a Waitress". How that applies to invasion of privacy is something that only Californian lawmakers understand, but, that's Hollywood for you!
