Jennifer Aniston addicted to 'yogalosophy'



To relax herself, Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston has become addicted to a strange ritual that combines astrology with yoga.

The 40-year-old actress goes to "yogalosophy" teacher Mandy Ingber six times a week to align her spirit and body, Mirror reported online.

"You start to crave it. You know, you start to actually crave that adrenaline. Mandy combines her wisdom of astrology with the mind and the body and also cardio, Aniston said.

"So it's sort of just a combination which is why I guess she calls it yogalosophy," she added
