Audrina Patridge Stalker Cleared For Trial

Hoping that jail time is in order, Audrina Patridge is rejoicing after her alleged stalker has been ruled mentally competent to stand trial during a hearing in Los Angeles on Tuesday (May 11).

According to breaking reports, Zachary James Loring will be facing a judge for a pre-trial felony hearing to be held on June 21.

After having a restraining order placed on him, Loring unlawfully made his way to Miss Patridge's home back in February - proceeding to incessantly ring the doorbell with the reality star inside calling the cops.

The 24-year-old Loring is currently in jail, as he's been unable to come up with money for bail.
