I am totally broke

Mike Tyson has admitted that he's "totally broke" after excessive spending at the height of his boxing career.

The former heavyweight champion told The View that despite struggling to make ends meet, and living paycheck to paycheck, he is absolutely content living with his third wife Lakiha Spicer and their 16-month-old daughter, Milan.

Tyson said: "I'm totally destitute and broke. But I have an awesome life, I have an awesome wife who cares about me. I'm totally broke. I had a lot of fun.

"[Going broke] just happened. I'm very grateful. I don't deserve to have the wife that I have; I don't deserve the kids that I have, but I do, and I'm very grateful."
