Both ladies looked radiant as they arrived at the Hollywood & Highland Courtyard to support the DKMS organization.

In a recent interview, AnnaLynne explained that while she’s definitely in the public eye thanks to her rising fame, she doesn’t get caught up in the gossip cycle.

“Actually, quite frankly, I make it a point to try not to read anything. You have to believe the good, and if you believe the good, you have to believe the good and the bad in my opinion. So, I try not to read any of it, so I don't have to go along with it.”
