Susie Maroney's ex fights AVO

Susie Maroney's ex-husband has decided to contest an AVO taken out against him by her.

Robert Daniels, who the Australian swimming champion left in 2008, was given a restraining order in March after having an argument with his former wife.

According to The Daily Telegraph, banker Daniels is scheduled to appear in Sutherland Local Court today to fight the AVO, with Maroney represented by a police officer.

Maroney, who has a daughter called Paris with Daniels, is now pregnant with new husband Darren May's child.
