Did Lindsay Lohan Fail A Drug Test

Media outlets are reporting that Lindsay Lohan has failed a drug test. This is a bit shocking and quite sad considering it looked like she was on her way to a major comeback.

Her appearance on the MTV looked like it was going to be just the catapult she needed to make a come back. It now looks like her early release, was exactly that, too early.

Lohan never seems to really be transparent. She tends to be a bit sneaky and even untruthful sometimes, even when the truth is obvious to everyone else. It seems like this continues to be the case.
She has denied the recent reports that she failed a drug test, but certain media outlets have already confirmed that she has indeed. No word for sure on what this means.

However, the terms of probation state that any positive drug test will result in 30 days in the slammer. The District Attorney has not yet been officially notified and thus there is no court date, at least not yet. Stay tuned.
