The singer, who announced her pregnancy last month, has reportedly revealed the sex of her child to friends.
A source told The Sun: "Lily said she found out from a scan she is having a boy. She is really excited and can't wait to give birth. She is always asking other mums about their pregnancies."
The 25-year-old is four months down the line with her and boyfriend Sam Cooper's first child.
