Padukone 'wants to be deep sea diver

Deepika Padukone has revealed that she wants to become a certified scuba diver.

The actress, who had to have diving lessons for a scene in her film Housefull, has continued with the scuba tutorials while shooting for her new movie Break Ke Baad in Mauritius.

"She loves swimming in the ocean and after doing deep-sea diving in Puglia [Italy], she now wants to take it up seriously and get a certificate," a source told Mid Day.

Padukone added: "I love swimming. I had to learn scuba diving for a few days during Housefull. Now I need to do a few more classes in the deep sea to become a certified diver.

"I have completed part of the course, I will be doing the remaining course in Mauritius."
