Fergie's Frisky Wax Replica Unveiling

Receiving the honor of having a replica crafted in her likeness, Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson attended a ceremony to unveil her new wax double at the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Las Vegas on Thursday night (September 22).

The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman took to The Venetian venue while playfully posing with her wax figure alongside her mother Terri, father Pat and sister Dana.

Getting caught up in the fun-filled festivities, Fergie at one point grabbed a handful of her waxy duplicate's bosoms as husband Josh Duhamel stood in the crowd to take pictures with his cell phone.

The visit to Sin City comes as the 36-year-old singer is set to perform with her bandmates on Friday (September 23) as part of the iHeartRadio Music Festival.

Other acts lined up to take the stage include Jay-Z, Coldplay, Lady Gaga, Carrie Underwood, Nicki Minaj, Kenny Chesney and Jennifer Lopez.

Fergie says Black Eyed Peas will turn Super Bowl into a 'party'

Fergie has promised that the Black Eyed Peas will turn the Super Bowl halftime show into a "party".
"It'll be a party in the middle of the game," People Magazine quoted Fergie as saying.
"All of the sudden, whether your team is winning or losing, we want to make you have a good time. That's our goal."

Fergie says that she and bandmate Taboo, both 35, are already feeling the "nervous excitement".
"It's a gig that everybody wants," Fergie notes. "It feels so natural with us partnering up with the NFL because we're sports fans and we write a lot of sports anthems. It's what we do."

"It's a good combination - like chips and salsa," she adds.

Prisoners 'in awe of George Michael'

George Michael signed autographs and appeared "relaxed and composed" during his recent prison stretch, a fellow inmate has claimed.

According to The Sun, Wandsworth convict Sahodree bragged to jail newspaper Inside Time that he had come face to face with the singer during the four weeks he spent behind bars on a DUI charge.

"When George [first] came by the food server he looked anxious," Sahodree recalled. "My colleagues were in awe of him and speechless, but I approached George and to reassure him I said 'George, my wife is your biggest fan'. He told me to say 'Hi' to her.

"The next day when George came to the server he looked more relaxed and composed. He was very polite and pleasant."

Michael was originally handed an eight-week sentence in September after crashing his car through a shop window while high on cannabis, but received an early release on October 13.

Fergie preparing for motherhood?

Fergie has revealed that she is planning to cut down on her work before becoming a mother.
The Black Eyed Peas singer admitted that from next year she plans to be "very selective" with her career.

When asked if she plans to bring her children with her on tour like singer Sarah McLachlan, Fergie replied to HollyBaby: "I'm trying to slow down on the touring, that's the plan for next year, just being selective - only big things.

"I've been touring for eight years straight on and off, so it's time. I need some balance time."

The 35-year-old added that she believes her husband Josh Duhamel will make a good father.

She explained: "He'd make an amazing father. He's great with kids. I mean he can pick 'em up and swing them around. He was around kids all his life so he's going to help me because I wasn’t around young, infant babies.

"He knows how to change a diaper. He knows how to do everything, so I'm the luckiest wife."

Fergie suffers wardrobe malfunction on Nine set

Black Eyed Peas' vocalist Fergie is said to have accidentally flashed the cast and crew of musical movie Nine when she kept flying out of her corset while doing a saucy dance routine.

Fergie, 34, real name Stacy Ann Ferguson, plays the part of vampish prostitute Saraghinain in the Rob Marshall movie, and she has to perform a vigorous all-singing all-dancing routine in the film.

According to WWD.com, Fergie's skimpy outfit could barely contain her assets, and the movie's costume designer Colleen Atwood was forced to rethink the star’s clothing after the embarrassing wardrobe malfunction.

"Fergie's dance was all about keeping Fergie in the corset. It was a really tiny corset and (it) didn’t have straps," the Daily Express quoted Atwood as saying.

"We had to add them in the end because, with all that dancing, she was just flying out of it," she added.
