Sanjay out! Salman to host Bigg Boss 6

NEW DELHI: Salman Khan does not need a partner this time. The actor has agreed to host Bigg Boss 6 on his own, reports Mid Day.

Sanjay Dutt who co-hosted the previous season along with Salman would not be a part of the upcoming season.

"Even though Salman is presently shooting in Thailand for a film with Katrina Kaif, the makers have already sounded him about being part of the new season as well. He has agreed to host it. He alone will be the host for the sixth season,” a source told the tabloid.

Madhuri Dixit's Jhalak Dikhla Jaa will go on air before Bigg Boss.

“The dance reality show which has Madhuri Dixit, Karan Johar and Remo Fernandes as judges will go on air first followed by a talent hunt show. Only then will Bigg Boss air," the source added.

Though Sallu's date diary is choc-a-block, the actor would still take out time for the show as his family members are avid watchers of the show

Sanjay Dutt goes bald for 'Agneepath'

Sanjay Dutt has shaved off his hair for his role in Agneepath.

The actor was having trouble with a prosthetic fitting designed to make him look hairless because of the extreme heat in Diu, according to Mumbai Mirror.

A unit hand told the paper: "The first two days of shooting - at a factory in Mumbai - went smoothly. Trouble began when they started shooting in Diu.

"It started looking scary. The make-up started melting and dripping down Sanju's face."

Dutt has had a wig prepared in order to maintain continuity with his other current projects, which include the films Ready and Rascals.

Agneepath is a remake of a 1990 Bollywood film, which will see Hrithik Roshan taking on Amitabh Bachchan's orginal role.

Janet Jackson helps raise money for charity


Singer Janet Jackson is reportedly helping raise money for a hunger charity in Los Angeles.
She allowed Mattel toy manufacturers to immortalize her appearance on US reality show "American Idol" earlier this year in plastic, complete with a replica of her designer black and red gown.

Contactmusic.com reports that only one Janet Barbie doll was made and is worth USD 15,000. It is now up for sale to benefit Project Angel Food, which delivers meals to families affected by terminal illnesses in Los Angeles.
