Vanessa Hudgens furious over second nude photo scandal as police investigate online leak

Disney star Vanessa Hudgens is said to be furious after becoming embroiled in a second nude photo scandal.
Photos published online show a girl, said to be Hudgens, fully naked and posed provocatively.
Although the new images only emerged last night they are alleged to be from the same set which emerged online in 2007.
And now police are involved, according to Hudgens's lawyer, in a bid to discover who is leaking the photos online.

Christopher Wong told celebrity website TMZ: 'Vanessa is deeply upset and angered that these old photos, which were taken years ago, continue to resurface.
'It is particularly disturbing that whoever got a hold of these private photos seem to be intent on illegally leaking them out over a long period of time.'

New film: The latest scandal comes as Hudgens' new film Sucker Punch is released
'We are actively working with law enforcement to determine who is responsible and to hold them accountable for their actions.'

The pictures also appear to show a girl said to be Zoey 101 star Alexa Nikolas, who is seen kissing Hudgens.
'I was so unhealthy': Vanessa Hudgens reveals she gave up fast food after bursting out of High School Musical costume
Two years ago Hudgens sued the owner of a website which published the first set of shots, saying they were obtained by 'unknown methods' and posted without her 'knowledge or consent'.

The new photos have been released as the High School Musical star prepares to return to the big screen in her new movie Sucker Punch.

There has been some suggestion that the timing was designed to damage the success of her movie.
Talking about the photo scandal last year Hudgens admitted it had been a challenging time.
She said she still gets upset when she thinks about the controversy.

'I think it has made me stronger. But it still hurts,' she said. 'It sucks because they were supposed to be private, but at the same time a lot of actresses do it [nudity].
'Eventually, I'm sure that I will [on screen]. But I don't know if I would be able to do it now.'

Hudgens and her former High School Musical co-star Zac Efron, who supported her during the first scandal, ended their four-year romance in December.

And, in an interview with the April edition of Shape magazine, Hudgens finally reveals why they broke up - busy work schedules and filming at different locations around the world.

'Long-distance relationships are hard no matter what,' she said.
'When you don't have face-to-face time, it's just different. Having an iPhone helped, but it wasn't the same.'

The couple's re-life romance blossomed on the set of the Disney film series in which their characters Troy Bolton and Gabriella Montez were sweethearts.

'We grew up together, she says. 'It was nice to have someone to share all those experiences with. It was a good thing.

'The relationship kept me grounded and because I was with someone who knew me so well, I didn't need to try to be someone that I'm not.

Zac Efron 'wants to stay relevant'

Zac Efron has revealed that he worries about keeping his fans happy.

The Charlie St. Cloud actor told MTV News that he thinks hard about which projects to take on as he wants fans to "follow" him through his future roles.

"I was trying to figure that out [what projects to do] for so long. What do the fans want to see?" he explained.

"I could do another musical. I could stick to my guns and try to do more of that. Try and do another cool musical and try to stick with that genre. Is that really what the fans want to see? I mean everyone is like, 'How can you make that transition? How are you going to get the fans to follow you into this new kind of stuff?'"

He added that he takes his responsibility as an actor seriously and hopes to represent real-life experiences in his films.

"The only way that I know how to do that is to stay a little bit ahead of the audience. Experience life, make movies about those experiences, and by the time the audience catches up, and maybe realises that life isn't always like High School Musical, maybe they will have a movie that helps them through that next challenge that they face in life," he said.

"I don't want to look back and say I just made movies because it was fun, you know? I want to make movies because it's challenging and it's an opportunity to help people. Otherwise it's just, you know, kind of selfish, I think."

Vanessa Hudgens Keeps Me In Line

Given the explosive nature of his fame, it’s a wonder Zac Efron hasn’t gone off the deep end with partying and excessive living like some of his young Hollywood peers have done.

But the “High School Musical” stud says he’s had some help making sure he stays on the straight and narrow- his relationship with girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens.

Zac told press, “It helped me through quite a bit. There are myriad distractions to fall into in this business.”

He continued, “To have someone to share with and to relate to is a very valuable gift.” Efron has also vehemently denied any wedding plans with Vanessa at this time.
