Claudia Ciesla's Visa and Income Tax Violations

In complete contravention of Indian visa and Income Tax regulations, German model and Bigg Boss participant Claudia Ciesla has been doing stage shows and performances and receiving huge amounts in cash as remuneration for the same thus violating income tax regulations.
She recently performed in Delhi on New Year's Eve and a few days later was seen with her Bigg Boss co-participant and lover Pravesh Rana at a Fashion show event at F Lounge and Bar in Delhi which was sponsored by a liquour company.

Our sources tell us that for both events Claudia got huge amounts in cash from the organisers. As everybody knows celebrities charge for appearances and even for photo shoots and Claudia is making the most of her new found popularity after Bigg Boss.

No harm in making money but the truth is that Claudia's visa was sponsored by the Colours channel to enable her to participate in Bigg Boss only.

If Claudia Ciesla has to continue to work and live in India she has to go back to her native country and then come back to India on a fresh work visa.

She cannot continue to work, do appearances and celebrity visits etc on the Bigg Boss visa which technically speaking has expired after the show wound up. We wonder how Claudia has been permitted to stay on in the country after Bigg Boss or is she living here illegally?

Claudia has been seen at most of the happening parties in Mumbai. She was last seen at the Star Screen Awards.

Not just that - a foreigner accepting or making huge amounts of cash payments without the knowledge of the income tax authorities is a serious offence.

Apparently Claudia Ciesla has purchased a flat in Lokhandwala all in hard cash. We hope Claudia has a good lawyer when the taxman or cops come calling.

Claudia Ciesla prays at Hanuman Temple for the success of her new movie

Claudia Ciesla, 22 years old German actress-supermodel-singer, recently reportedly visited Hanuman Temple in India’s capital New Delhi to pray for the success of her new film.

Lauding her prayer visit, acclaimed Hindu statesman Rajan Zed has urged Ciesla to further explore Hinduism, oldest and third largest religion of the world, which is rich in philosophical thought.

In a statement in Nevada (USA) today, Rajan Zed, who is president of Universal Society of Hinduism, said that if she needed any help in her Hinduism study, he or other Hindu leaders would gladly provide.

Ciesla plays Linda in the new movie Karma, a crime thriller based on reincarnation. She has also acted in Italian television sitcom “Outsiders in Palermo”.

German supermodel-turned-actress Claudia Ciesla, who is considering a Bollywood career, has rubbished rumours that she is dating Indian superstar Salman Khan and insists that Katrina Kaif is his girlfriend. "Salman and I are just good friends. He is not my boyfriend, as has been reported here. Everyone knows that it's Katrina Kaif who is his girlfriend and not me. I haven't even been that long in India to start controversies, " Claudia, 22, told in an interview. She was in the capital to promote her film "Karma: Crime, Passion, Reincarnation"."Everything (rumours) started when I was in Europe. I couldn't even keep track of it because I was busy over there. But now I hope everything is clear... even Salman had clarified everything in interviews and I am doing the same, " she added.A leading daily here had reported that the model was the actor's new muse and reason behind the Salman-Katrina split. The occasional singer, who has already cut two albums, also conceded that she understands "it all happens when you are in showbiz". She says rumour mills started working overtime after Salman invited her to his place. "The only thing was that he invited me to meet his family. Even Katrina was there and they made me feel most welcome, " said Claudia, who was on her fifth trip to India since January 2008.But the negative reports haven't stopped her from praising Salman."Salman is a wonderful person. He is very gentle and polite. He and his father gave me a lot of advice for my Bollywood career. Even Katrina and I spent a lot of time together and she gave me a lot of advice. Shahjahan, won prestigious awards at the Spain and Greece film festivals and was also premiered at Cannes.The film is a dramatic thriller about an Austrian girl (Claudia) who is raped and murdered during her visit to India in the 1970s and how she reincarnates and comes back to the same place after 30 years."I am seriously thinking about coming into Bollywood. After the rainy season, I'm planning to stay here for a long time...I'll rent an apartment in Mumbai and even start taking Hindi lessons, " she said.She has already worked in Italian and German sitcoms, German-Indian collaboration "Ki Jana Pardes" (Punjabi), and Bengali movie "10:10".Claudia says she has three Bollywood offers in hand and that she is coming out with two music albums respectively in German and English.
