Longoria 'finalizes divorce from Parker'

Eva Longoria is officially divorced from basketball player Tony Parker.

According to In Touch Weekly, Longoria finalized her divorce on January 28.

"The divorce documents will come through today, she is happy and moving forward with her life," said a friend of Longoria's on Friday.

Longoria and Parker were married for three years. They split in November amid reports that Parker had cheated on Longoria.

 However, Parker still denies that any infidelity occurred.

Longoria's husband 'also seeks divorce'

Eva Longoria's husband Tony Parker has reportedly counterfiled for divorce only two days after the actress began legal proceedings to dissolve their marriage.

TMZ claims that Parker filed the papers in Bexar County, Texas, citing that the marriage had become "insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities".

The papers also claim that the marital conflict has resulted in there being no chance of reconciliation between the pair.

Longoria filed for divorce from the NBA star earlier this week following the alleged discovery of more than a hundred text messages on Parker's phone between himself and his teammate's wife Erin Barry.

The couple married in July 2007 and were forced to deny Parker's involvement in an affair with model Alexandra Paressant only five months later.

While many of their fans were caught off-guard when they filed for divorce, Eva Longoria and Tony Parker's split was a long time coming.

According to Parker’s rep, “Eva and Tony have been discussing their situation privately. He was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles."

“Tony did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California. He plans to continue to keep their discussions of this matter private."

Meanwhile, an inside source leaked that everything came crashing down between Eva and Tony when Longoria found that her hubby had been keeping information about Erin Berry (his teammate’s wife) a secret.

“Tony had Erin’s personal information stored in an electronic program that only he could access. But one day he forgot to close the program and that’s when Eva found it. It was a double shot for her because not only did she find all the information but Eva also realized immediately that Tony had taken steps to hide it from her. The fact that Tony had been hiding Erin’s information and their correspondence made Eva feel like he had been lying to her for months, and basically he had been.”

Eva Longoria files for divorce from 'cheating' husband Tony Parker

Eva Longoria has filed for divorce from husband Tony Parker after discovering 'hundreds of texts' from another woman on his phone.

The 'Desperate Housewives' actress filed the documents at Los Angeles Superior Court, just hours after denying reports they were planning to split.

"It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other's happiness," the Daily Mail quoted her as tweeting.

The news comes after a spokesperson for the 35-year-old actress shot down a report that claimed her basketball player husband had filed for divorce on Monday in Texas.

In the divorce papers, Longoria cites the standard "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. She is also seeking spousal support from Parker.

However, there was no reference to the claims her 28-year-old NBA star husband has been unfaithful.

But Eva confided to her friend Mario Lopez - host of U.S. entertainment show Extra - that Parker had cheated on her during their marriage.

The actress also confirmed to Lopez that she found hundreds of text messages from another woman on Parker''s phone, who turned out to be the wife of one of the NBA player''s teammates at the San Antonio Spurs.

The woman''s identity has not been revealed nor the name of the San Antonio Spurs teammate.

Longoria added that her estranged husband cheated on her with yet another woman with whom he kept in touch via Facebook.

"She is devastated, she wants us all to know that. But she''s strong," Lopez said.

Her husband later tweeted the same message.

Eva is being represented in the divorce by high profile celebrity divorce lawyer Lance Spiegel, who has previously worked for Sandra Bullock in her divorce from Jesse James and Russell Simmons in his divorce from Kimora Lee.

Eva Longoria unveils waxwork figure

Eva Longoria has unveiled her waxwork at Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas.

The Desperate Housewives star revealed her new figurine - which was crafted in honour of National Hispanic Heritage Month - at a ceremony held at her own Eve nightclub in the city last night.

The waxwork depicts Longoria wearing the floor-length red Carolina Herrera ballroom gown that she wore to the Alma Awards 2008 and sporting long, dark wavy hair.

Longoria - who was dressed in a similar outfit for the unveiling - later posted a picture of herself on Twitter posing next to the model alongside the message: "Can you tell which one is really me?" She also posted a photograph of her husband Tony Parker standing between herself and the waxwork, joking: "Tony must choose!"

Rosita Chapman, the general manager of Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, added that they were "thrilled" to add Longoria's statue to their waxwork collection, describing her as a "beloved performer, philanthropist and spokesperson" and "an outstanding role model to many, especially within the Hispanic charitable community".

Among the other waxworks on display at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas are President Barack Obama, Gwen Stefani and Snoop Dogg.

Eva Longoria 'in heaven' with husband

Eva Longoria has revealed that she and husband Tony Parker always prioritise their marriage.

The Desperate Housewives actress said that the pair were "in heaven" together this summer.

Longoria told Lorraine: "We do a whole schedule, we look at our calendars and prioritise our lives first and then everything else just falls into place.

"He has been in LA for two months training so we have been getting to fall asleep together every night, which is really nice. But when he goes back to San Antonio we will start the whole flying thing again."

She added: "But we have been in heaven, we have had a nice summer and a great vacation. We have had a great time together. We make each other the priority. It is a lot of work but if it's worth it, it's worth it."

Eva Longoria's London Perfume Launch

Hoping for big sales figures for her latest offering, Eva Longoria launched her new fragrance at the Westfield Shopping Center in London on Sunday (September 5).

Choosing the Perfume Shop as her press-grabbing locale, the "Desperate Housewives" beauty was all smiles as she proudly held up a bottle of EVA For Women by Eva Longoria for photogs covering the event.

Posting a message on her Facebook page ahead of the day's duties, Eva excitedly wrote, "On my way to Westfield in London. See you guys there!"

The previous evening, Miss Longoria met up with famous gal pal Victoria Beckham to dine at restaurant owner Gordon Ramsay's Mayfair establishment called Maze.

Longoria Parker confirms reality TV show

Eva Longoria Parker has revealed that her restaurant will be the focus of a new reality TV show.

The Desperate Housewives actress, who is currently in California filming her new indie comedy Without Men, told CNN about her production company's latest project.

The VH1 show will be based on her Hollywood restaurant Beso but the 35-year-old said that she won't appear in it.

"It will follow the employees that work at my restaurant. I'm not in it that much. I'm married and old now," she joked.

Longoria Parker also revealed that she wants to spend more time behind the camera.

"I love producing. I love the business aspect of it," she said. "We have so many beautiful stories in the Latin community that I think should be told, and I really would like to focus on trying to bring some of those stories to light now."

Always up for a fun-filled evening, Eva Longoria attended the Broadway Musical premiere of “In the Heights” in Los Angeles, CA.

The “Desperate Housewives” star looked magnificent in a black, strapless dress and heels as she happily posed for pictures before heading inside the Pantages Theater.

Earlier in day, Mrs Longoria Parker was spotted doing a bit of retail therapy at Sunset Plaza and looked adorable in a colorful summer frock and flats.

Eva’s been busy on the set of “Without Men” as of late. She plays a woman named Rosalba viuda de Patino and leads a group of women in a remote Latin American village forced to fend for themselves after their men leave to fight in a civil war.

'Desperate Housewives' star Eva Longoria-Parker accidentally told her fans to watch porn on her Twitter page.

The 'Desperate Housewives' actress, who signed up for a Twitter account last week, was trying to urge her followers to look at a website about her husband, basketball star Tony Parker, but accidentally posted the wrong address, femalefirst.co.uk reports.

After realising, she wrote: "Oh noooo! I put the wrong Twitter site for my husband! The one I put earlier goes to some porn site!!!! Don't use it!"

Despite not knowing her husband's website address, Eva, 34, recently spoke about how close she and her 27-year-old spouse are.

"We are just best friends. I love his company and I am married to the person I want to be with," she said.

"I cannot ask for more. We respect each other as people and as a couple, and we trust each other. The best thing is that he loves to surprise me and I love to be surprised."
