Jennifer Hawkins reveals secret keys to her perfect bikini body

Jennifer Hawkins has revealed that no booze, regular boxing and Pilates classes, a salt-free diet and plenty of water are the keys to a perfect bikini body.

The former Miss Universe, who showed her curves while shooting her new Cozi by Jennifer Hawkins bikini collection on a remote West Australian beach, said that she sticks to a very strict diet and exercise regime to get the perfect shape. “I laid off alcohol for three weeks and I feel good for that,” the Daily Telegraph quoted her as saying.“I always am quite healthy but I like to have a glass of wine every now and again. “I have a new (personal) trainer, so that has been really fun to do something different. I’ve been boxing and doing weight training and doing lots of repetitions.

 I’ve also been doing yoga and Pilates,” she stated. Hawkins, 27, also said that she had to put an extra emphasis on toning her mid-section before the shoot. “I amp up work on my core section. I definitely make sure I do a lot of ab (abdominal) work and I lay off salt. You have just got to think about what you eat and be sensible,” she revealed. daily times monitor

Hawkins, Imbruglia Aus's 'Sexiest Women'

Jennifer Hawkins and Natalie Imbruglia have been named two of Australia's 'Sexiest Women'.

The supermodel and the X Factor judge, together with Packed to the Rafters actress Jessica Marais, stripped down to swimwear for the cover of Who magazine's annual Sexiest People issue.

Hawkins revealed the secret to her and boyfriend Jake Wall's chemistry, saying: "Wearing a beautiful G-string under your dress is sexy. I love wearing matching sets - to me, that's sensual.

"[We have] always had the spark and I think once you've got it, it's easy to keep. You've either got a connection with someone or you don't. Having that sexual chemistry is a big tick."

Marais said of her recent engagement to co-star James Stewart: "Getting engaged has been amazing - there's something about the freedom that comes with that kind of security that's really sexy, because there's a lot of trust."

Meanwhile, Imbruglia insisted that she is "just friends" with rumoured boyfriend Justin Hemmes and revealed that she is looking for "a sense of humour", "confidence" and "magnetism" in a man.

Hawkins denies engagement to Wall

Jennifer Hawkins has denied that she is engaged to Jake Wall.

The Australian supermodel, who was believed to have agreed to marry long-time boyfriend Wall after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her finger, is reportedly not planning a wedding.

Hawkins's agent Sean Anderson told The Daily Telegraph: "She often wears a ring on that finger. She quite likes to break the fashion rules. They're not engaged."

The former Miss Universe apparently moved in with bricklayer Wall in March this year.

Jennifer Hawkins`s Swarovksi bikini slip-up

Former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins was left embarrassed after she suffered a wardrobe malfunction during a swimwear fashion parade.

The 25-year-old Aussie beauty was a wearing a custom-made Swarovksi crystal bikini from her swimwear line Cozi for a Myer fashion parade while rehearsing with a pack of male models, when her top slipped.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Hawkins was left wearing nothing but a red G-string, reports News.com.au.

Her latest slip up was reminiscent of her 2004 Westfield Miranda catwalk catastrophe. However, the original Myer Spring/Summer Launch at Carriageworks in Sydney''s Redfern went off without a hitch.

Guests including Lara Bingle, Dannii Minogue and Guy Sebastian attended the show at Carriageworks in which 70 models showcased 40 brands stocked by Myer including Nicola Finetti, Maticevski, Wayne Cooper and Charlie Brown.
