The Australian television personality, who is best known as a judge on Australia's Next Top Model, said that although she cannot administer the skin-smoothing serum herself, she wishes she could.
Dawson told The Daily Telegraph: "I wouldn't know how! I go to Dr Adrian Lim at U Republic. That's an awesome rumour, though, and I wish I could... I'd save a fortune, doll!"
Earlier this year, Dawson admitted that she was trying to find love on dating websites and said that it was nothing to be "ashamed" of.
