Chopra abandons 'Bride Wars'?

Priyanka Chopra may no longer be attached to the troubled Indian remake of Bride Wars.

The project has been reportedly delayed following Katrina Kaif's earlier decision to drop out of the project because Chopra was touted for the opposite role.

Director Shristi Aya told Mumbai Mirror: "That film is all up in the air now. After Manish passed away I have been trying to get a new director.

"He or she will be finalised in the next two weeks. So the film is definitely going to happen. Let things fall into place."

However, he added that Chopra's role is uncertain as she does not have gaps in her schedule for the "next two years".

Thursday night the wannabe actress created a stir at a late night event by storming into the men's room even though the ladies one was not occupied. The starlet reached the venue late by many hours and after unveiling a magazine cover featuring herself, she headed straight to the conveniences.

However, instead of going into the ladies room, she chose the men's one and smoked a cigarette their. After spending a good 20 minutes there, she came out and told the organisers that she cannot attend to the mediapersons as she was not well.

When an organiser insisted, she remarked: "I can't stay. I have some problem. It's a girls' problem."

When MiD DAY spoke to one of the organisers, she confirmed that Chopra smoked and puked in the washroom.

Chopra banned from Twitter after nude pic?

Sherlyn Chopra has been banned from uploading pictures of herself on the social networking site Twitter.

The actress, who has over 20,000 followers on the site, tweeted fans to tell them that she had been barred and to say that she feels "handicapped" by the ban.

Speaking to The Times of India, she said: "I have asked my team to get in touch with Twitter to sort out the matter. I hope this is a temporary situation... else I will have to shift to another social networking site.”

Last month, the Dil Bole Hadippa star posted a nude picture of herself on the photo uploading site Twitpic, saying "Thx tweethearts for the amazing feedback!" in response to followers' comments.

When asked why did she put up the intimate the pictures for everyone to be seen Sherlyn told, she saw the picture in her collection and thought she should share it with her friends and followers on twitter.

Talking about the feedback from her followers Sherlyns told, "The feedback on my picture has been great. Some do find it distasteful. To them I would like to say - to each it's own."

Sherlyn Chopra has refused an offer to appear nude in Playboy magazine, according to Mid Day.

Rumours have claimed that a Playboy photographer contacted the Indian model and actress through her US agent.

Apparently the snapper approached Chopra, 26, after he saw pictures of her posing in a bikini.

Reports suggested that the actress had to think twice about the offer but refused because “her Indian mentality got in the way”.

She was allegedly concerned that she might get cold feet on the day of the shoot.
