Kim Kardashian sex tape 'has mystery bidder'

Kim Kardashian's sex tape with ex-boyfriend Ray J has attracted the interest of a mystery bidder, it has been reported.The potential buyer, who has hired a lawyer in Tennessee, is said to want to remove the tape from the internet completely.

The lawyer sent a letter to Vivid Entertainment's chief Steve Hirsch, who currently owns the rights to the edited tape, according to TMZ.

"I was approached by a private party who has asked us about looking into the possibility of acquiring all rights of the Vivid, Kim Kardashian Sex Tape," the letter read.

"The party we represent does not intend to distribute or broadcast the 'tape', but hopes to completely remove it from the market.

"We would purchase any other footage you may have control of that involves Ms Kardashian."

The letter makes no mention of Ray J, and also requests for any further footage that was not used in the final edit of the video.

Ray J has previously said that the sex tape helped create the career of reality star Kim Kardashian.

Paris Hilton has recalled the "betrayal" she felt when a sex tape featuring herself and an ex-partner was made public.

The former Simple Life star spoke about the tape, featuring ex-boyfriend Rick Salomon, during an interview on Piers Morgan Tonight this week.

Hilton said: "I just felt so betrayed. This is not some random guy - this is someone I was with for a few years. I can't believe that he would do something like that to me.

"It changed my life forever. When I was a little girl I looked up to people like Princess Diana and these women and I feel like he took that away from me."

The socialite, who was being interviewed alongside her mother Kathy, added: "I'll have to live with that for the rest of my life and explain it to my children. It's something that changed my life forever and I'll never be able to erase it."

Hilton - who described the tape as the "most embarrassing, humiliating" thing that had happened to her - then leaned over to comfort her mother, who had been wiping away tears as her daughter recounted the incident.

The heiress can next be seen in the new Oxygen reality show The World According To Paris, which premieres tonight at 10/9c.

The model, who announced that she and Reid were separated in January, confessed that they are still sleeping together.

The 32-year-old admitted that her relationship with ex-husband Peter Andre is completely different to that with Reid.

Jennifer Lopez fights case to save image

Singer Jennifer Lopez is facing a legal battle to protect her image from being tarnished by the public release of a sex tape made by her ex-husband Ojai Noa.

The 41-year-old singer has taken to the court as she tries to stop Noa and his agent Ed Meyer from selling and marketing videos made during the couple's 11-month marriage.

"Jennifer Lopez is riding a scooter while talking to the camera and numerous by-standers, with her private parts in as plain view similar to how Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan have flashed in the past," dailymail.co.uk quoted Meyer as saying.

Meyer claimed that this was just one among several such tapes of the singer.

"This is among other nudity on her part in the 21 hours of home movies that we have so far recovered," he added.

Lopez has however refused to let these tapes go public, saying they are private, personal and claiming that Noa and filmmaker Meyer are violating an injunction which blocks the release of the videos.
